EmRes - Emotional Resolution
EmRes takes our negative emotions that have become stuck resulting in conditions such as anger, jealousy, fear, phobias, anxiety,depression, grief, and PTSD and permanently resolves them. Everyone has the natural capacity to resolve these emotional patterns by tapping into our sensorial aspect of an emotional experience. Emotional Resolution is suitable for ages 3 and up. Private sessions, group, and Individual Training is offered in person, by phone, or through other media platforms.

Amber is an EmRes (Emotional Regulation) Specialists practicing in Odessa, TX. Amber became involved in health/wellness about 15 years ago when she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder. She knew then that stress, and unhealthy choices led her to the position she was in, but also knew that there were solutions. Holistic practices and Emotional Regulation spawned the creation of Empower Wellitude where she shares her knowledge and skills with those seeking freedom from Emotional roadblocks and a healthier lifestyle.
